Lloyd Robinson
Our installation and servicing team is led by Lloyd Robinson. Lloyd has spent all of his professional career working with automated systems to protect domestic and commercial properties.
He is a fully qualified electrician and has provided training to countless new gate engineers, focussing on safety and maintaining awareness of all Health and Safety guidance.
Lloyd is a very driven person and is known to be a perfectionist. In his spare time, Lloyd enjoys acting as a carer to a disabled friend, who he accompanies to matches at Leicester City FC.
David Gilmore
David is responsible for the back office operation of our business. He has run one of the country’s leading Management Consultancy firms, DG Legal, over the past 20 years, and is enjoying the challenge of helping to position Charnwood Gates as a leading supplier of high quality automated systems.
David has advised a number of private companies, charities, not-for-profits and politicians.
In his spare time, David enjoys nature, cycling and tennis, and like Lloyd is an avid Leicester City FC supporter.
Alison Fisher
Alison is one of our support team assisting with administration and updating the website.
Prior to joining Charnwood Gates, Alison was a Personal Insolvency Senior Executive in a top 10 accountancy firm for over 12 years. In her role she dealt with Bankruptcies, Deceased Insolvent Estates, Voluntary Arrangements and Compulsory Liquidations including taking control of the insolvent Estates and facilitating the realisation of assets. She also works with DG Legal - a market leading Management Consultancy firm in the legal sector.
Robyn Longdon
Robyn helps with arranging appointments and with general administration.
Robyn worked within a family law firm for five years in different roles from admin/reception, to mediation co-ordinator and business support assistant, which included maintaining the firm’s Lexcel accreditation. She also has an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
Lucy Astbury
Lucy works with our support team arranging appointments and with general administration.
She is also an Assistant Consultant at DG Legal. Lucy graduated from the University of York in August 2020 with a BA in History, and has experience in various retail and customer services roles.
